'Ulthera,' which everyone interested in lifting procedures has surely heard of

Other devices made with reference to Ulthera's working principle include 'Shurink,' 'Doublo,' 'Linear Firm,' and 'Tencera.'

It is known as laser lifting, but it does not actually use a laser; it is a lifting procedure that uses ultrasound.

Simply put, it creates coagulation points in the fascia layer and pulls the surrounding tissue, thereby producing the lifting effect. (It's not easy..)

But why isn't it working..

There are a great many causes, but

The number of shots was insufficient: next time, you can simply increase the number of shots.
The right depth was not targeted with the proper tip: Ulthera has three tips, 1.5mm/3mm/4.5mm, and the larger the number, the deeper the layer at which the coagulation points form. The depth of the fascia differs from person to person and from area to area, so the appropriate tip must be chosen while viewing the ultrasound image; if that is not done, the effect is absent or minimal.
In fact, the number of shots and the depth are decided at the discretion of the doctor performing the procedure, so if you chose an experienced doctor, problems 1 and 2 are probably not the cause. Then why isn't it working?

When I said Ulthera wasn't working, the clinic's reply was: Please wait

You made up your mind to become prettier and invested time and money in Ulthera, but..

It doesn't work, and when you ask the clinic, they keep telling you to wait.

Of course, there are cases where it takes time for the effect to appear (1-2 months), but you can't help feeling regretful, wondering whether you went through the swelling and pain for this.

And if there is no effect at all after half a year, something has certainly gone wrong.

These are things I experienced directly and indirectly while working at a clinic that performs a great deal of Ulthera.

No matter how long you wait there is no effect, yet they keep telling you to add something more..

From the point of view of the person receiving the procedure, it is extremely unfair and frustrating.

On the premise that you have not gained weight and the procedure was performed by an experienced doctor, if there is still almost no effect after 6 months,

It is right to simply think that Ulthera and you are not a good match.

Don't be lured by a clinic into continuing Ulthera that is not working; simply receive a different lifting procedure.

Why didn't Ulthera work for me..?

As I said earlier, Ulthera creates coagulation points down to a maximum depth of 4.5mm, but

When the skin layer is thick or the fat layer is thick, the fascia lies deeper than 4.5mm.

Of course, even when using Ulthera's 4.5mm tip, energy is also delivered to the surrounding area, so it may not be exactly 4.5mm, but

It is obvious that appropriate energy cannot be delivered to the deep fascia.

Also,

Even if the coagulation points are well aimed, if the elasticity of the tissue above them has dropped too much,

Because of loose, flabby skin and the fat layer, it may look as though there is no effect.

That is, targeting a deeper layer and a shallower layer together would be the right answer, but

A representative way of targeting the shallow layers is Thermage, so that can still be solved, but

What should be done about the deeper layers?

The Latest + Genuine Laser Lifting
Titanium

I mentioned earlier that Ulthera is not laser lifting. Because a laser works on the principle of amplifying light, it has mainly been used for pigment treatment.

Because the public calls every device used in dermatology a laser, it has conveniently been called laser lifting until now.

The Titanium Lifting I will introduce today is a lifting device that truly uses a laser, and it is currently the one and only original laser lifting device.

It is the latest device from ALMA, famous for TuneFace, and

A distinguishing feature is that heat is delivered sufficiently as deep as 8mm, and energy also reaches the dermis as shallow as 2mm.

As a result, you can see the effects of powerful lifting and improved dermal elasticity, and

Because the wavelength it uses is one widely used in pigment treatment, it can also provide a whitening effect at the same time.

I have also received Titanium myself, and

Compared with Ulthera, it has truly nothing but advantages

Much less pain. I can't say it doesn't hurt at all, but with numbing cream applied, it is easy to get through.
Almost no swelling. I had no swelling at all, though some sensitive people may swell slightly, and it all settles within 2-3 hours. Those who have experienced the swelling from ultrasound devices like Ulthera will know what I mean.
No side effects. With Ulthera, if a nerve is accidentally touched, the mouth may twist or water may leak out when brushing teeth. But since Titanium uses a laser rather than ultrasound, there is no case of nerve damage. In addition, powerful sapphire cooling leaves no time for heat to build up on the surface, so the risk of burns is also prevented in advance.
Immediate effect. Titanium uses two modes, and after doing the first mode on one side of the face and looking in the mirror, the face is lopsided. That is how immediate and powerful the lifting is, and if you don't do the other side, you would have to live lopsided for several months. Personally, I think the difference compared with InMode is almost in a different league.
Whitening effect. As I mentioned earlier, because it uses the wavelength (1064) used in laser toning for whitening, it gives a brightening effect.
Fast procedure time. To cover the whole face with about 600 shots of Ulthera, you have to endure nearly an hour of suffering, but with Titanium the whole face can be treated in about 20 minutes.

Reading this, you might misunderstand that I am saying never to use Ulthera.., so let me add:

I would like to say, 'There are areas where Ulthera is needed.'

People think that doing Ulthera on the entire face will give a tremendous lifting effect, but

In fact, the areas where creating coagulation points in the fascia with ultrasound can bring a worthwhile effect are limited. And for certain areas, an effect that Titanium cannot achieve

is something Ulthera can sometimes provide.

To maximize the effect to the fullest,

Perform Titanium on the whole face, apply Ulthera with an appropriate number of shots to the areas where it is needed, and

it is best to combine it by adding Thermage, depending on each person's skin thickness.
