Today, on the subject of Titanium Lifting from A to Z,

let's take some time to learn about it.

How Titanium Lifting Works

First, this is what the machine looks like.

On the left side of the screen, the gold/black handpiece

you can think of it as being used on our faces.

The advantage of 3 wavelengths firing at the same time..

You may wonder what the point of this is, but

To explain it simply,

rather than using a single wavelength alone,

you can think of it as being able to deliver sufficient energy to even deeper layers.

(Heat energy is delivered evenly to a depth of 2~8mm)

1064 is the wavelength mainly used for laser toning, so

it can also give an additional effect of making the face look brighter.

And 755 is a wavelength widely used for pigmentation and hair removal.

As for Soprano, the version before Titanium was a device that had been used for hair removal, and

I'd also like to let you know that hair removal is possible with Titanium too.

(I just took this photo right now for this post..)

Because the handpiece provides very strong cooling,

Even when strong energy is delivered with 3 wavelengths,

The epidermis can be safely protected from thermal damage.

This picture compares Ulthera and Thermage, and

The picture on the left is Ulthera.

Since the 1.5mm tip is rarely used (it is mainly used around the eyes),

you can think of it as delivering energy mainly at 3.0mm and 4.5mm, and

You can think of Thermage as targeting a shallower layer than that.

I mentioned that Titanium delivers heat to a depth of 2~8mm.

There are 2 modes, and

Stack mode makes the laser penetrate deeply and SHR mode shallowly, and

Usually the 2 modes are used together, and

In such cases

Looking at the skin layers the laser reaches,

Thermage + Ulthera + energy delivered to even deeper layers

That is how Titanium lifts the skin, so please understand it as the underlying principle.

If you actually have a lot of flesh on your face, or

When the fascia lies deeper than 4.5mm

There are cases where Ulthera has little effect.

This is when the Titanium laser plays a major role.

Titanium Lifting Shot Count

Looking at the inquiries the clinic has been receiving a lot lately,

More and more people have been asking about the number of shots and KJ (energy).

When I see inquiry posts like this, Titanium Lifting, like TuneFace,

I get the sense that it is receiving a lot of attention.

As for how many shots should go in and how strong the energy should be,

It seems that it still differs from clinic to clinic.

At other clinics, I have seen them perform treatment with about 20~40KJ and use the low price as a marketing point, but

Please remember that if it's done that way, there are cases where it doesn't last even a week.

At ANZ Dermatology Clinic, except in special cases, we perform treatment with at least 80KJ.

So how many shots is 80KJ?

When the treatment is performed with the settings recommended by ALMA,

80KJ comes out to 8000 shots

For people whose faces have a lot of flesh or are a little larger than others',

I have performed treatments of up to 100KJ.

providing treatment at no additional cost until results appear

is, we believe, simply our natural duty to the customers who visit ANZ :)

Examining the number of shots and KJ closely is very important, but

What matters more, then, is whether it works and how long the results last.

To bring satisfaction to you all, Cheongdam ANZ Dermatology Clinic

the doctors discuss it together every day, and

we are doing our best to deliver the best possible results.

Probably all of our Titanium customers

I am sure you will agree with me ^^ and we will keep that satisfaction going

Titanium Lifting Effects

The lifting effect is excellent.

First of all, the fact that you can see results immediately

This can be seen as Titanium's charm point.

One of the most common pieces of feedback is

"My face looks smaller."

It tightens both the outside and the inside, so the volume actually decreases, and

it holds up the sagging areas and gives you a lifting effect.

With Thermage, whose effect is hard to see with the naked eye, and

This is what sets it apart from Ulthera, where you have to wait 1-2 months with your head bowed in silent prayer.

Pros/Cons of Titanium Lifting

As I mentioned before, the advantages are

Immediate results.

If you treat the right side first and look in the mirror,

your face ends up looking uneven.

That's how immediate the effect is...!!

There are many entertainment agency offices near Cheongdam ANZ Dermatology Clinic, so

Celebrities and trainees visit us from time to time, and

before going on stage, or

They mostly get Titanium Lifting the day before an important shoot and then leave.

Among the general public, brides-to-be preparing for marriage are frequent visitors, and

Nowadays, grooms-to-be are also very interested.

For grooms-to-be, I recommend getting the treatment about 1 week before the wedding photo shoot, and

As I mentioned earlier, since it has a hair removal effect as well as lifting,

Since men may develop folliculitis after hair removal,

I usually allow about one week for recovery.

Another advantage is

Little pain, and you can get back to daily life right away.

With Ulthera or Thermage, many people go through it in tears even with numbing cream applied, and

There are also many cases where I provide sleep anesthesia because of the pain.

But with Titanium Lifting, the pain is less than half that of Ulthera, and

you can comfortably undergo the treatment with numbing cream alone

Of course, people who are sensitive to pain and men may experience severe pain because of body hair, so

There are occasional cases where I provide sleep anesthesia, but

Please remember that, in general, numbing cream alone is enough.

Also, bruising or swelling hardly ever occurs, and

Because people can't even tell you've had a treatment unless you tell them,

You can return to daily life quickly.

Lastly

that it can reach even deeper layers than Ulthera.

So, does it only have advantages?

That's not the case.

As for the downsides of Titanium,

Unlike Ulthera/Thermage, once a year alone is not enough to maintain the results.

Therefore, I recommend a total of 3-5 sessions, once a month.

Or you can keep up regular sessions once every 2-3 months.

Another downside is that, since it does not break down fat,

When fat is concentrated in a particular area and sagging,

it can't help but leave some disappointment.

In such cases, if the treatment is done in a suitable combination with Ulthera,

satisfaction can be even higher.

As I mentioned in this post,

Just as the effect can be maximized when Titanium is properly applied to areas where Ulthera cannot be used,

Please remember that Ulthera can cover the areas where Titanium falls short!

Today we learned about Titanium Lifting.
